New Work

Well it's been a while since I updated my blog.....this was due to recent shoulder surgery and a rather long recovery. Things are looking up now however and it's time to get back in the swing of things.
Here are a few of my newest abstract paintings for your enjoyment. Please feel free to leave a comment if you so desire.

Angels

Save as Draft

These Angels were inspired by my desire to use an old world pallet of burnt sienna, yellow ocher and paynes gray, also included was titanium white. I have been reading about impressionistic painters, Manet, Monet and others. I also attended an impressionistic abstract workshop recently.
I was working with a painting that I could not complete this idea came to me for the angels and I quickly painted a series of them.
